Existing Property
A beautiful but very energy inefficient property will have a total energy make-over to enable a 94% reduction in energy use and carbon emissions.
Works will concentrate on improving the building performance through innovative insulation products, stopping draughts and using high efficiency windows.
The old, inefficient and expensive storage heaters will be replaced with solar systems and a highly efficient heat pump.
